Alan Prohorov — Founder, Pro Tutoring
Alan founded Pro Tutoring in 2019 to create academic support that feels personal and is genuinely built around the student. He graduated summa cum laude with a master's degree from New York University, and personally selects and trains every instructor.
Each year, Alan travels to Nepal to live with, learn from, and teach English to Buddhist monks. That experience has deeply influenced the patience, presence, and individualized attention at the center of Pro Tutoring.
